(“Adva Mobile”, “we,” or “us”) provides a mobile marketing and technology services platform to enable customers (“Adva Mobile Customers”) to develop and manage responsive Web Apps, acquire and engage opted-in fans and users through text, email, and social media interactions, and provide related site/App hosting and marketing support services (the "Service").

Adva Mobile respects the privacy of all individuals who interact with our services, whether as Customers, End Users, or Visitors, and we are committed to protecting your privacy through adherence to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy, available at https://www.advamobile.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and disclose information, including personal information, that we receive from:

  • Adva Mobile Customers (using web, desktop platform, and mobile apps for Android and iOS).
  • End Users who download, access, or use the mobile sites/Apps and services of Customers.
  • Visitors who access the Adva Mobile website.

By using our Site, Web Apps, desktop platform, or mobile apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, your choice is not to use our Services.


Who Does This Policy Apply To, and What Information Do We Collect?

(A) Adva Mobile Customers

When you register with us (through our website, desktop platform, or mobile apps for Android/iOS), we may collect:

  • Account Information: Name, band or company name, email address, billing address, and payment details.
  • Usage Information: Logins, device type (desktop, Android, iOS), app version, and activity within the platform.
  • Communications: Account activities, new version/product announcements, and service notifications.

Customers may update their registration information by logging into their dashboard. If an account is canceled, we may retain archived copies of records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Customers who collect personal information from their own users, fans, or app visitors using our Service must:

  • Maintain and comply with their own privacy policy.

(B) End Users

When you interact with an Adva Mobile Customer’s Web App, mobile app, or communication channel (email, text, social media), we may collect on behalf of that Customer:

  • Contact Information: Name, email, mobile phone number, address, birthdate, zip code.
  • Demographics: Age, gender, and other details provided voluntarily.
  • Engagement Data: SMS opt-ins, email opens, clicks, downloads, social media identifiers.
  • Device Data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, wireless carrier.
  • Location Data

If you connect with us through a Social Network (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), your profile identifiers may be associated with your contact details. This allows both Adva Mobile and the Customer to identify you personally.

End Users may opt out of communications at any time:

  • Email: Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
  • SMS/Text: Reply STOP to any SMS received.

We do not sell End User data.

(C) Visitors

Visitors to the Adva Mobile corporate website may provide information through forms or email. We may collect:

We do not share End User data between different Adva Mobile Customers.
